The Iowa Environmental Protection Commission has published its proposed amendments to Chapter 122, “Cathode Ray Tube Device Recycling,” of the Iowa Administrative Code. These amendments are being proposed in an effort to promote more convenient cathode ray tube (CRT) recycling for consumers without compromising protection of the environment.
