The University of Florida Annual Financial Report for 2006-07 provides pertinent information concerning the University’s financial position and activities for the year. According to the report, “the University had a strong financial year as evidenced by net assets of more than $2.4 billion, an 11.4-percent increase when compared to 2005-06. The Management’s Discussion and Analysis, the financial statements, and the notes to the financial statements document the University’s financial success and health for the year.
