| Short Description |
EPA has made minor corrections to the Stage 2 Disinfectants and Disinfection Byproducts Rule and minor editorial changes in references to analytical methods in the regulation promulgated January 4, 2006. A requirement for groundwater systems serving 500 - 9,999 people was inadvertently excluded from the 2006 rule and that requirement (monitoring for both trihalomethanes and haloacetic acids) has been reinserted into the new rule. Effective date: July 29, 2009
