| Short Description |
EPA Regions 1 - 10 are modifying the 2008 National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) general permits for stormwater discharges associated with construction activity in order to extend by one year the expiration date of the permit. The general permit will now exprire on June 30, 2011 instead of June 30, 2010.
