| Short Description |
This program, developed by and used by Harvard University, is now available for purchase by other universities and general contractors. CSAP begins with a request for information from a construction contractor. The information includes historical data, a set of proprietary questions and a review of the contractor's safety and training programs. The program reviews both lagging and leading indicators and normalizes the data for contractor size and type of work performed. The progam includes: * Data gathering and interaction with contractors * Evaluation of historical data and program elements for safety * Reporting of results and consultation with contractors on areas for improvement. Contact Senior Construction Safety Officer, David Tibbetts at 617.384.8297 or david_tibbetts@harvard.edu for information.
