IBM has released a software and service called Carbon Tradeoff Modeler” that is designed to give businesses an idea of how to lower the carbon footprint of their network of suppliers. The software was initially developed for internal use by IBM, but has since been added to their “Big Green Innovations Initiative” and is meant to be used as part of a consulting engagement with clients.
