| Short Description |
Following conversations with Green Power Partnership (GPP) stakeholders, the U.S. EPA has proposed five program requirement revisions, including: (1) Minimum purchase levels and green power leadership club; (2) Requirements for "New Renewables;" (3) Accounting for future RECs; (4) Scope of purchase and green power claims; and (5) New partners' window for making initial qualifying purchases.
The changes are proposed to take effect on February 13, 2009 for all new, incoming Partners.
