The Food Recovery Challenge encourages participants to reduce as much of their food waste as possible -- saving money, helping communities and protecting the environment. Participants must conduct a food waste assessment within 60 days of joining and input data into WasteWise Re-Trac. Then, participants must also set three-year goals.
